When the slag stopper is used together with the slag stopper rod, when the steel output reaches 2/3, the guide rod part of the slag stopper plug is inserted into the steel outlet in the furnace, and the guide rod part can play an automatic pulling and guiding role in the device. The gyro-shaped part is suspended on the interface of molten steel and slag liquid. When the molten steel runs out, the gyro-shaped part blocks the steel outlet in time to prevent the slag liquid from flowing into the ladle. Because there is a groove on its bracket, it can prevent eddy current, and when the slag stopper body is blocked by the steel outlet, the residual steel can still flow into the ladle through the groove, so the recovery rate of molten steel is improved, and the success rate of slag stopper can reach about 98%.
